About Elaine Massa

I love nature, being outdoors, and actively engaging in my life. The thought of not being able to participate in daily activities puts me in a funk. While living in New Zealand, I slipped and fell and my life changed dramatically in the blink of an eye. Two years of agonizing pain and an inability to function in day to day life left me feeling helpless. A friend introduced me to Bowenwork and I had my first fascial bodywork session. My pain abated and I was able to start getting my life back on track. I knew that I had to learn more about fascia, which led me to where I am today.

I am on a mission to help people restore balance, unleashing your capacity to self-heal with the use of Structural Integration, Bowenwork, and Movement techniques. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1994 and pursued a career in Dental Hygiene while raising my 2 boys. Thanks to the extensive dental hygiene training I received at the University of New Mexico I am highly qualified for medical emergencies, infection control, and also have a current CPR certification. In 2017 I became a Certified Bowenwork practitioner and in 2020 became a Board Certified Structural Integration practitioner.

I am fascinated with fascia and its ability to awaken your body’s own natural healing force. I love helping people - it is my lifelong pursuit. I want to help people restore balance and age pain free with ease of movement and grace.  I am concerned with the whole body, a more Holistic approach than just treating symptoms. I want to reactivate your vitality and reignite your body’s ability for healing. Together, we can bring to light your potential to rejuvenate.
